Senior Facilities Construction Inspector

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Construction Inspector to demonstrate familiarity with a broad spectrum of construction materials, methods, and processes for buildings and facilities. The role includes conducting inspections of electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and site civil, mentoring junior field staff, and collaborating with other field representatives or Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate familiarity with construction materials, methods, and processes
• Conduct inspections of electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and site civil
• Mentor junior field staff and provide supervision as needed
• Collaborate with other field representatives or Project Managers
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses
• Conduct or coordinate field materials sampling and testing
• Compose reports with a daily log of activities, personnel, and pictures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Industry Certifications
• Ability to interpret construction schedules

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or 8 years of relevant experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
