• Reports To: Chief Estimator
• Location: St. Louis, MO
• Number of Direct Reports: 0

• 5-10 years of HVAC and/or Plumbing experience in the construction field
• Ability to commit to and meet deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities
• Experience with managing multiple projects
• Ability to determine crew size and productivity rates for performing different tasks
• A strong background in plumbing, HVAC piping, ductwork, building systems, and codes within commercial, institutional, and light industrial buildings.
• Strong skills in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor
• Strong background in Trimble Auto Bid, Excel, and On‑Screen Takeoff.
• Ability to perform gap fill on the bidding documents to ensure a complete system is estimated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
