Assistant Case Manager

Overview

The Case Aide provides transportation and supervision of visits for children and families within the Foster Care Case Management (FCCM) program. The Case Aide reports to the Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor.

Work may occur in an office setting, from home, or other community locations as established by a flexible work agreement. Duties include completing paperwork and documentation; meeting clients in homes, foster homes, residential facilities, hospitals, or other locations as needed; driving a vehicle regularly; and performing related tasks. Physical activities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and the possibility of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Normal hearing and vision are required. Must be able to visit more than one family per day.
