Full-Time. The Planning & Performance Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the TRAP Capability, broader Operations, and other areas of the firm. The role focuses on continuous planning & performance processes, ensuring clear and actionable metrics and monitoring to support firm priorities and run core operations with excellence.

As an Analyst, you will address daily operational issues, identify required data, analyze and interpret results, and communicate insights to business owners and leaders in a clear, concise manner. You will also support the implementation of agreed solutions, ensuring proper understanding within affected business areas and collaborating effectively with associates, leadership, and external vendors.

• Create and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support firm initiatives and programs. Document business and data requirements.
• Analyze data to transform raw or summarized information into actionable insights.
• Document, monitor, and proactively recommend improvements to processes and controls, quantifying business and financial impacts.
• Develop and manage business relationships with targeted owners and financial associates.
• Inform and educate other business areas about decision impacts and deliver insights on opportunities to enhance division performance.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to divisional reporting and key measures.
• Assist with implementation of cross‑functional projects to achieve division and firm objectives, independently organizing, planning, and prioritizing effort.
• Educate team members and business owners across the firm on analytical concepts and best practices.
• Take constructive action with direction while leaders review non‑routine outputs.
• Act as a technical and functional business intelligence subject matter expert.
• Document, monitor, and improve processes and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, data science, mathematics, analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent visualization software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, VBA, advanced charting, and formulas.
• Basic project management skills and ability to execute pre‑existing project plans.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets using SQL and BI tools.
• Candidates residing within commutable distance of the Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, preferentially Tuesday through Thursday.

Hiring Minimum: $86,300;
Hiring Maximum: $146,700.
