The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science. They should also possess patent preparation and prosecution experience in the software, computer science, electrical, or mechanical fields. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, be licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business, and maintain all applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.
