Advantage Solutions is hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. The internship is a 10‑week program (June 1 – August 7, 2026). Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest and may lead to future opportunities within the Company. No guarantee of full‑time employment is provided.
Internship Criteria- High School Diploma or GED
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4‑year or 2‑year degree‑granting institution, or an accredited graduate program, in the United States
- Students must be juniors, seniors, or engaged in a graduate degree
- Major in Business, Business‑related, or IT (Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- At least two personal letters of recommendation
The Intern provides day‑to‑day and project support across multiple groups or business units as required by business needs.
Responsibilities- Lead or assist in completing business unit projects as assigned
- Assist with day‑to‑day work across the division
- Develop new systems, reports, and analytics to support unit needs
- Audit and review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks:
Kickoff Week (June
1) and Closing Week (August
3). Transportation and lodging for these trips will be provided by Advantage Solutions. - Position does not require frequent travel elsewhere.
Essential functions are performed primarily in an office environment. Must sit for extended periods and may lift up to 10 pounds.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (or equivalent). Coursework emphasis in Business, Business‑related, or IT. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
