• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel
• Previous customer service and/or credit experience
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Micorsoft Applications such as Word and Excel is a must
• Must be an effective communicator (verbal and written) with exceptional phone skills and attention to detail
• Experience desired but not required in construction lien waivers
• Support team within multi-functions of the department, identify and help slimline current processes
