The Business Development Manager supports the execution of business development strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and market share. Reporting to the Director of Business Development Management, this role is responsible for:
- Creating and deploying the activation plan of Practice Management resources
- Gathering insights and identifying business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Field Activation:
Deploy into the field to activate Practice Management resources and initiatives, driving sales growth and adoption of corporate strategies. - Market Insights:
Gather insights on market dynamics, client solution gaps, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities to inform strategy development. - Sales Support:
Support in-region sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with market goals and contributing to measurable results. - Program Execution:
Assist in the execution of programs that support field initiatives and enhance business development efforts. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Business Opportunity Identification:
Identify and recommend business opportunities to drive growth and enhance market presence. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, providing insights to improve outcomes. - Corporate Marketing Alignment:
Support the execution of corporate marketing initiatives to increase market share and align with organizational priorities. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance business development strategies, processes, and programs, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sr. Business Development Manager and other team members to ensure alignment and integration of strategies across business areas.
* Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.*
