Salary: Semi‑Monthly $1,594.84 ($38,276.16 annually).
Shift: Day Shift (Saturday/Sunday Off)

• Process payments accurately and timely.
• Receive purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
• Code purchase requisitions.
• Coordinate lodging and/or vehicle rental arrangements, reservations, confirmations.
• Handle state issued Visa Pro‑Card and audit, prepare, and process the Pro‑Card transaction log to validate charges on statement and enter payment documents.
• Enter assets and provide supporting documentation for approval to acquire, transfer, and dispose of inventory items.

• Knowledge of basic research methods related to financial transactions.
• Knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II.
• Ability to identify and resolve transactional issues.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
