- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying potential new client opportunities.
- Draft and edit pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Gather and format data, case studies, and success stories for presentations.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all business development documents.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information.
- Support pipeline management by tracking opportunities and deadlines.
- Coordinate internal meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for client or leadership meetings.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the business development team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input for proposals and materials.
- Support follow-up communications with prospects and clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for information requests within the team.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the applicable field
- Strong sales presentation and development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of syndicated data

Skills include strong sales presentation and development, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, working knowledge of syndicated data, and other related abilities.
