The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic partnerships with brokers, employers, and healthcare providers, and executing sales initiatives that align with the SHARx mission to reduce prescription costs for our clients. The Sales Manager will leverage industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and data-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets while promoting SHARx values of empathy, integrity, and perseverance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring alignment with SHARx mission to provide access to high-cost medications.
- Achieve revenue, target account acquisition, and retention goals through pipeline management and forecasting.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key segments.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to integrate SHARx solutions effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Client Relations teams to streamline processes such as new client implementation.
- Gather and analyze market insights, prescribing trends, competitor dynamics, and pricing strategies to provide actionable recommendations.
- Deliver product trainings and educational sessions to internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Represent SHARx at industry events, client presentations, and conferences to boost brand visibility.
- Proven experience leading a sales team and working within the employee benefits industry.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems (PBMs, TPAs, employer-sponsored benefits, infusion therapies).
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools and sales analytics. Experience working with Salesforce preferred.

- Some travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
