We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building new client partnerships, driving revenue, and making a difference in their community. This role is perfect for someone who’s energized by connecting with people, solving workforce challenges, and celebrating big wins with their team.

• Hitting the pavement — cold calling, door knocking, and making meaningful connections
• Building a strategic prospect pipeline across industries
• Partnering with branch teams to deliver stellar service and solutions
• Representing Ōnin in the community through outreach and networking

• 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience
• Killer communication skills — both written and verbal
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a big plus
• Relationship-first mindset with serious hustle and heart
