Whatyou will be doing
- Lead routine department processes:
Drive accurate and timely claims resolution and recovery through close mentoring and monitoring of resolution status - Partner with internal teams:
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership including Compliance, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, IT and FSS areas to communicate actionable impact of operational claims, propose solutions and drive reductions in operational claims - Assign account responsibilities:
Align with associates’ strengths while providing challenges to facilitate effective collection of Accounts Receivable balance - Direct responsibility for customer claims:
Assign complex and high-risk, high-profile accounts - Prepare department reports:
Share and present departmental reports, including dispute aging, reason code, root cause analysis, and monthly financial reporting - Assist in department strategy:
Develop objectives, ensuring execution and alignment to Financial Services overall plan - Develop team KPIs:
Align on objectives and ensure team execution

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- 3-5+ years of relevant business experience in high volume processing environment required with experience in Credit to Cash cycle
- Team leadership experience
- Experience with large complex organization (Retail, Wholesale, Public company business experience preferred)
- SAP (FI, AFS, FSCM) or equivalent required
- MS Office – Word, Excel (above average), Outlook, Power Point
