Business Process Analyst

Overview

Requirement/Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Management Consulting.
• Strong process documentation and business writing skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous operational environments.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency, customer impact, and service-level adherence.

Experience:

• Experience embedding within operations or frontline business teams.
• Experience documenting complex workflows and operational dependencies.
• Experience supporting migration, transformation, or change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations leaders and frontline staff to document current-state (“As-Is”) workflows.
• Create high-level visual process maps capturing dependencies, hand-offs, and operational complexity.
• Identify and document informal or undocumented “shadow processes” critical to operations.
• Map customer journeys to assess migration impacts on customer touchpoints.
• Partner with operations leadership to document migration strategies, including communication timelines and operational constraints.
• Consolidate operational inputs into a unified Operational Migration Playbook.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future states to identify operational risks.
• Help define operational readiness criteria prior to migration execution.

Should Have:

• Experience supporting large-scale operational or system migrations.
• Exposure to customer journey mapping and change readiness planning.
