SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: MoBap Medical Center, 3015 North Ballas Road, Saint Louis, MO 63131. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends. Hours may vary; further details provided during the interview.

Pay: $16.00 per hour (fixed rate).

Requirements: One year of supervisory experience. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
