Opportunity

As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of wealth management for our clients and our firm. You will lead transformative projects that blend strategic consulting expertise with deep industry knowledge, driving operational excellence and performance improvement across diverse, complex engagements. Leveraging methodologies from wealth management, you will analyze market trends, identify disruptive opportunities, and craft holistic solutions that address our clients’ most pressing challenges.

Your passion for the wealth management industry will be central as you build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders, inspire cross‑functional teams, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will champion client interests, ensuring that each project not only delivers measurable impact but also strengthens our reputation as trusted advisors.

  • Strong communications, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in cross‑functional teams
  • Understanding of clients’ unique ambitions and needs and ability to broaden business relationships
  • Deliver high‑quality work products on time, within budget, and to expected standards
  • Project delivery skills: scoping, sizing, collaborating, providing subject‑matter expertise, and managing engagement work streams
  • Passion for the Wealth Management industry; prior industry experience preferred
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience; preferred experience includes:
    • Strong experience in Wealth Management (business, operations, or IT)
    • 3+ years of consulting, industry, and/or service provider experience
    • Performance Improvement / Operations experience
    • Project Manager / Work stream lead experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
  • Experience with technology‑enabled business transformations and Agile practices (business requirements, user experience design, product testing, project management, etc.)
  • Process improvement mindset, capable of identifying inefficiencies and automating repetitive tasks
  • Ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences
  • Experience in areas such as requirement gathering, process flows, trade operations, reconciliation, derivative operations, collateral management, corporate actions, and data management
  • Research skills for emerging issues, regulations, and new technologies
  • Willingness to work in person 3 days a week and travel as required; valid driver’s license and passport
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
