Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on manufacturing and light industrial projects
• Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting sales targets
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations specific to manufacturing and light industrial facilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
