Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager, based in the West County area of St Louis, Mo. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations at a small construction company, manage sales, production, and work process functions. They will maintain communication with customers and direct team members. They will have the ability to develop and ensure efficient office processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, recordkeeping, coordinating office activities, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. This is not for the shy, we need an individual who is not afraid to handle and communicate directly with people daily. This is a fast paced environment and we need someone with a natural leadership flair. We need someone to help turn us into a well oiled machine so we can take the next step in our growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide support, and ensure smooth interactions with team members and clients
  • The ability to work self-directed and be able to "Hold down the fort" alone at times
  • The ability to bring order to chaos
  • Experience managing administrative operations and a knack for improving processes
  • Ability to handle multiple personalities and direct a a team leader
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, organizing records, and maintaining an efficient workflow
  • Be technically savvy setting up equipment and handling different software programs
  • Experience in Office Administration to support a productive and well-organized workplace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Experience in the construction or restoration industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Xactimate, Acculynx, or Company Cam a plus
  • Business Social Media Platforms or Google LSA knowledge a plus
