Responsibilities include document preparation, case file management, client communication, calendaring deadlines, and general administrative support.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week;

This role could expand to a full-time role or additional hours in the future if interested
If 30+ hours per week, eligible for full benefits program
Compensation: up to $35/hour
Job Description:
- Prepare, process, and file probate-related legal documents such as petitions, motions, inventories, accountings, and notices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the probate process from intake to discharge.
- Support clients in fulfilling their duties related to estate administration.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Monitor and manage case deadlines, appointments, and court hearings using calendaring tools.
- Review and revise legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organize, track, and maintain all documentation related to probate cases.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling probate matters, including small estate and full estate administration preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible workload.
