Location: St. Louis

The Client Relations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day client engagement, meeting support, and hospitality operations within a professional corporate environment. This role works closely with Executive Concierges, Space Management teams, Executive Assistants, and internal service partners to ensure high-level meetings, events, and client interactions are executed flawlessly.

The Supervisor serves as a primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing logistics, capturing service data, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery. This position requires strong communication skills, operational oversight, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay Range: $22-$25

Essential Job Functions Client & Meeting Management
  • Manage and confirm multiple large meeting rooms on a daily basis, including client walk-throughs to confirm logistics and expectations.
  • Coordinate catering, meeting setup, and service execution in partnership with Executive Assistants and centralized Space Management teams.
  • Conduct daily client check-ins prior to meetings and events to ensure all needs are met.
  • Verify room occupancy and reclaim unused meeting space as appropriate.
Client Relations & Reporting
  • Capture, document, and report customer interactions and service data related to meetings and events.
  • Collect and coordinate information related to IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering needs.
  • Issue Special Event Forms (SEFs) detailing event logistics and staffing requirements.
  • Participate in weekly event meetings, providing accurate and timely updates to staff.
  • Generate and maintain reports, including:
  • Daily setup worksheet reports
  • Weekly event sheets
  • Weekly and monthly room usage reports
Operational Oversight & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to company and client policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Serve as a supervisory presence on the floor, supporting service execution and resolving client issues as they arise.
  • Assist with training initiatives and onboarding support for hospitality staff.
Training Responsibilities
  • Participate in and support ongoing training initiatives.
  • Complete required training hours, classes, and certifications as applicable.
  • Reinforce service standards and best practices with team members.
Position Requirements & Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in a service-driven environment such as hospitality, hotel/restaurant operations, or event planning preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook Calendar), Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong listening skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
  • Ability to confidently interact with clients at all professional levels.
  • Consistently maintain a polished, professional appearance.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, speaking, hearing, and fine motor movement. Occasional bending, pushing/pulling, reaching above shoulder level, and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. No climbing, kneeling, or operating motorized equipment is required.
