Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Renewals Account Specialist to join a Commercial Lines Team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service. As a Renewals Account Specialist, you will play a key role in providing administrative and service support to the onboarding and renewal client service team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at a rapidly expanding company.

- Preparing certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, and auto accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the client onboarding and renewal process, including initiating renewals, preparing applications, creating proposals, organizing documents, and resolving outstanding items.
- Providing day-to-day client service and administrative support.
- Completing internal checklists and maintaining accurate documentation in the agency management system.
- Coordinating with team members on billing, licensing, and other administrative matters.
- A Property and Casualty Producer License (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
- A university or college degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn the Applied EPIC client management system.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple objectives and projects with urgency.
- A desire to grow into roles of higher responsibility in the future.
