Project Coordinator- St. Louis, MO

Project Coordinator: up to $12,000/year extra for high performers.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact between departments and customers
• Track progress, update project documentation, and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and distribute project status reports as needed
• Support cross-functional teams by providing information, tools, and assistance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and project requirements
• Anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalat[e]when necessary

• Prior experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

This position offers a competitive base pay of $23 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per month in performance bonuses.
