Beacon Hill is assisting our client in a search for an Accounting Manager. This is a well-established family owned construction company with multiple locations - headquartered in St. Louis with a newly designed office space. This role reports to the most senior finance and accounting leader in the company. The culture is laid back, easy-going and everyone gets their own office!
Responsibilities- Monthly end close, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare related journal entries.
- Monthly WIP reporting
- Research accounting issues and processes; recommend solutions or process improvements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years in hands-on accounting
- Must have Construction industry experience
- 2+ years of WIP experience
- Sage 300 experience is a plus
