Manager Enterprise Accounting Compliance

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Manager Enterprise Accounting Compliance.

Summary:

We're looking for a Manager - Accounting to support financial reporting and compliance. This is a high‑visibility, individual contributor role with strong exposure to FP&A and senior leadership—ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step. This role offers salary and benefits package, as well as a work/life balance. This position will be in the Saint Louis, MO area and on a hybrid model.

• Prepare monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Review monthly financial results and analyze key performance drivers
• Partner with Treasury and FP&A on cash flow projections
• Support audits, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
