Location: St. Louis
Manufacture Incentive Clerk
Suntrup Automotive Group is a family‑owned and operated car dealership seeking a full‑time Incentive Clerk. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, reliable and a dependable team‑player.
Job Duties- Review and approve all manufacturer incentives included on car deals.
- Submit all required incentive support to the manufacturer to receive reimbursement.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the manufacturer incentives.
- Other duties as assigned to assist the organization.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Effective communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines.
- Accounting knowledge and/or experience.
- Knowledge of Dealer Track is a plus.
Full‑time: 40 hours a week – Monday to Friday. Start at 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. (flexible). Occasional overtime as business needs require.
