Accounting Specialist About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our Finance team with account reconciliation, journal entries, and month‑end close activities. If you have a passion for numbers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, bank statements, and intercompany accounts monthly
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and prepayments
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Assist with financial reporting and provide documentation for audits
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience; corporate or public accounting preferred
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and GAAP principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite) and Excel
