Position
Lee Enterprise Regional Finance Center seeks a professional to join our Accounting and Finance team as a full-time Circulation Accounting Clerk.
Key Responsibilities- Enter new subscriber orders
- Post payments, deposits, subscriber refunds, and general subscriber account maintenance
- Experience with Discus circulation system is a plus
- Strong and accurate 10-key skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, and general computer skills
- Good communication skills, including emails, phone calls, and in-person contact with employees and subscribers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict time-sensitive deadlines
