Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accounting? We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. Qualified candidates must have practical experience preparing journal entries and performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Job description:General Ledger/Banking/Other Duties
- Accurate preparation of journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of credit card statements to receipts
- Provide support on various ad-hoc projects
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable proficiency
- Communication with other company departments, customers and vendors regarding accounting related issues
- Working knowledge of accrual accounting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel to navigate and maintain spreadsheets
- Able to work on-site, in a shared workspace
- Associate's degree in Accounting required.
Job Types: Full-time
Shift: 8 hour shift
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Shift availability: Day Shift
