Job Purpose:

Provides companies and individuals with tax planning and consulting services in addition to preparing tax returns and financial statements.

Duties:

• Prepares corporate, partnership, trust and individual income tax returns

• Assists clients with tax planning and projections

• Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger systems

• Assists with client payroll and other related payroll tax issues

• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports and verifying information

• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and reconciling accounts

• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data

Skills/

Qualifications:

• CPA License and Public Accounting Experience Preferred

• Proficient using Quick Books and other General Ledger Systems

• Preparation of Individual and Business Tax Returns

• Reporting Skills, Time Management, Detail Oriented
