Responsibilities:
  • Post cash receipts daily – ACH, lockbox, credit card payments
  • Account reconciliations
  • Review aging reports to keep excessive aged debt to minimums
  • Manage customer/client relationships
  • Contact customers/clients as needed regarding outstanding balances
  • Resolve and research issues and discrepancies
  • Assist with special projects
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role – AR Specialist/Coordinator
  • Good knowledgebase with day-to-day accounting
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and solid systems experience
  • Reliable professional with a positive attitude
  • Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Enjoy learning new systems
  • Solid team player
