Responsibilities:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist with financial analysis and provide accurate and timely reporting to the Controller and CFO.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the Controller on process improvements to move the team from transactional to more strategic functions.
• Work within Net Suite ERP system to maintain accurate financial records and streamline workflows.
• Support audits and assist with documentation as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes, including month-end close.
• Proficiency with Net Suite or similar ERP system preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Highly driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
