As we continue to grow across SMBs, CPA firms, mid-market, and enterprise clients, we are seeking a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) to support our accounting and tax operations.
The OpportunityThis role is ideal for a CPA or EA seeking stability, flexibility, and long-term growth within a well-established, expanding organization. You will work closely with leadership to manage accounting and tax functions while maintaining professional autonomy. Prior industry-specific experience is not required.
Candidates with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply and will be strongly considered.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and oversee federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities
- Provide proactive tax planning and compliance guidance
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and general ledger activity
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
- Communicate clearly with internal leadership and external partners
- Assist with internal process improvements and financial controls
- Manage and grow an existing client book, if applicable
- Active CPA or EA license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and GAAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary:
- $125,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience, scope of responsibilities, and whether a book of business is brought
