Senior Accountant

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Senior Accountant.

• The Senior Accountant will review historical accounting data in Net Suite ERP to propose chart field revisions (including accounts, departments, and projects).
• Review payroll entries and proposed revisions for data uniformity.
• Expense reports download project from Expensify software to internal server for retention and compliance.
• Process and procedures documentation with flowcharts preparation and review.
• Participate in the ongoing administration of Accounts Payable function.
• Assist in the monthly reconciliation of cash accounts including determination and resolution of reconciling items.
• The Senior Accountant will prepare monthly journal entries.
• Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required or working towards equivalent.
• Experience using accounting software and data analytics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
