Kforce is partnering with an industry‑leading client in the Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) area to hire a dynamic Accounting Manager—a high‑impact role perfect for someone eager to take ownership, elevate processes, and influence the financial direction of a growing organization. You Will Lead and Own:

• Take charge of the monthly close process across Shared Services, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Cash
• Act as the go‑to financial partner for Shared Services leadership—delivering insights on actuals, vendor spend, and budget‑to‑actual performance
• Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensure full compliance with US GAAP
• Play a key role in shaping financial system strategy and supporting an upcoming ERP transformation
• Champion process and system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
• Contribute to seamless acquisition integration that supports continued growth

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience (public accounting and/or tech industry experience is a major plus)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and reporting
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑building skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency;
  Experience with Workday or Net Suite is highly desirable
• Bonus:
  Project management or system implementation experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
