Pay: $25-30/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and providing tax planning support to individuals and/or businesses.

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and/or trust tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• Research tax issues and provide recommendations to minimize tax liabilities
• Assist with tax planning and forecasting
• Communicate with clients regarding tax matters and documentation requirements
• Respond to tax authority inquiries and audits, if needed
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in tax accounting or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Experience with tax software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
