Job Overview: The Staff Accountant is a key member of the Accounting & Finance department, reporting to the Accounting Manager. This full‑time, in‑person role at our St. Louis headquarters supports day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to process improvements and business operations.

• St. Louis Office – Full‑time – On‑site

• 2+ years accounting experience in a professional office environment
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations and journal entries

• Prepare and post complex journal entries, reconciliations and adjustments
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Support Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work with the Accounting Manager for timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Assist with ongoing ERP system maintenance and respond to user inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of all financial data
• Participate in special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as needed
• Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends, issues and areas for improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge, Quick Books, Unanet knowledge is a plus

• $65,000+ – Salary dependent on education and experience
