Maintenance Technician

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Available for after hour emergencies as needed

The posted pay range for our staff in this position is from entry level to fully independent and proficient in the role. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour
