Overview

Previous vehicle title work experience at a dealership, auction or bank requested. Processes transactions, resolves an array of customer requests and provides general customer service for internal and external customers. Duties include vehicle title processing, responding to customer and partner cases, researching and providing documentation related to vehicle titling, violations, registration and MSO/MCOs. Works directly with internal and external customers via email, phone and in person, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality within tight deadlines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contact point for Credit Leasing internal and external customers
  • Process vehicle titles
  • Complete work within required deadlines
  • Ability to move between tasks as priorities dictate
  • Ability to navigate and learn multiple software applications

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional manner with internal and external contacts
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
Other Qualifications
  • General knowledge of commercial banking products and practices
  • Experience providing prompt, accurate service to customers with effective communication via telephone, email and in person
  • Ability to accommodate varying work and scheduling requirements to meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues
  • Ability to interact with and engage others at all levels
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
