Cedar Ridge Place in St. Louis Park is seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead clinical services and champion quality care for our residents. In this key leadership role, you will guide nursing standards, elevate team performance, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to empathy, dignity, and respect.

What You'll Do as Director of NursingAs the Director of Nursing at West Ridge Hills & Estates, you will lead and support the clinical team to deliver safe, individualized, and compassionate care every day. You will:
- Oversee assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical oversight to ensure residents receive the right care at the right time.
- Lead medication management, infection control, and documentation practices that meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Partner in hiring, onboarding, and developing clinical staff, providing real-time coaching, performance feedback, and accountability when it comes to clinical quality and safety.
- Promote a culture that reflects our values of Home, Care, and Comfort, strengthening resident engagement and creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
