Overview
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Histotechnician to join our team. Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position SummaryThis position receives, accessions, and performs histology laboratory testing in accordance with laboratory protocol.
Qualifications- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Associate degree and graduate of a school of Histotechnology or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Licensure/Registration/Certification:
American Society of Clinical Pathology or National Certification Agency. Must attain certification within 18 months of hire. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
Attention to detail; ability to perform work requiring manual dexterity; good problem-solving skills; good customer service skills; ability to work independently.
