Position Summary
The CNA is responsible for providing tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living, under the supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager, in accordance with the Service Plan, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Tenant’s Bill of Rights, and the campus QAPI program. CNAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care, and basic restorative services, understanding the mental health and social service needs of tenants, especially cognitively impaired ones.
The CNA is part of the interdisciplinary care team dedicated to promoting independence and well-being.
Qualifications
- Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English
