Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements.
Through data collection and analysis, the RN is responsible for performing comprehensive assessments to establish residents' baseline health status and creating detailed Plans of Care tailored to individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and other nursing staff by assessing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities, clarifying expectations, and addressing behaviors to ensure resident safety and promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Current Float Pool positions are available in areas including Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Maplewood, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Sleepy Eye, Stillwater, Two Harbors, Virginia, and Winsted.
Qualifications
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR and emergency care certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
