Job SummaryStart your law enforcement career with hands-on experience and a clear path to becoming a police officer. As a Community Service Officer, you ll gain valuable experience working alongside officers while attending an accredited post-secondary institution to prepare for POST licensure. Successful CSOs are promoted to police officer upon meeting licensing requirements.
This part-time role (20-29 hours per week) lasts up to four years and includes 100% tuition reimbursement for law enforcement studies, up to $5,250 per year.
