Garry Executive Search has partnered with a distinguished wealth management firm in west Twin Cities Metro to identify an accomplished Senior Financial Advisor. Our client is seeking a driven professional to join their team and play a pivotal role in expanding their high-net-worth client base.
You’ll work with a high-quality client base, collaborate closely with firm leadership, and have a clear path to increased responsibility and ownership over time.
The Opportunity
This firm is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join a close-knit, relationship-driven advisory team. The role is designed for an advisor who enjoys managing and growing long-term client relationships while contributing meaningfully to the firm’s culture and future.
You’ll work with a high-quality client base, collaborate closely with firm leadership, and have a clear path to increased responsibility and ownership over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a primary advisor to established client relationships
- Provide holistic financial planning and ongoing advice across retirement, investments, tax-aware strategies, and estate considerations
- Deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive, high-touch service
- Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Participate in community involvement and relationship-building activities aligned with the firm’s values
- Contribute to the long-term growth and continuity of the firm
Background They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor within an RIA or similar environment
- Experience managing client relationships independently
- Existing book of business preferred but not required
- Strong relationship skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable engaging in the community and building trust organically
- Collaborative, humble, and values-driven — strong cultural fit is essential
This firm prioritizes relationships, integrity, and service over pure production metrics.
- Base salary: approximately $180,000 – $225,000 (depending on experience)
- Profit sharing and incentive compensation
- Equity potential over time for the right individual
- Full benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
