In the role of Section Team Lead, you will:

• Assist in the operations of the electrical distribution production section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support.
• Serve as Project Manager or Lead Engineer for electrical distribution design projects in low or medium voltage, approximately 75% of your weekly work.
• Support administrative responsibilities for section staff and technical services, and coordinate with other sections.
• Participate in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews.
• Engage directly with industrial and public clients on marketing and project production.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated via proactive project management.
• Implement and monitor company policies.
• Assist in selecting, training, developing, and managing technical personnel.
• Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national efforts.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; electrical preferred, but other disciplines considered based on experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• Experience in distribution design, including planning, coordination, wire sizing, and understanding of constructability.
• Self-motivated, capable of networking, generating new work, recruiting, and team growth.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional registration or license may be required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
