In the role of Senior Site Civil Engineer, we'll count on you to:
- Lead project teams of 2-3 engineers, providing technical expertise and project oversight.
- Design and plan civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utility plans.
- Prepare stormwater management designs, calculations, and reports to meet local standards.
- Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines and architectural leads.
- Prepare specifications and contract documents.
- Assist with obtaining site development approvals and permits.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates as needed.
- Evaluate, select, and modify standard engineering techniques and procedures for complex assignments.
- Develop projects or design activities impacting major company programs.
- Serve as a Project Manager on larger projects, where applicable.
- Perform other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydro Cad, and other civil engineering software.
- Willingness to lead project teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of civil/site design project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Experience in project engineering and management.
