• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter) ensuring stability and performance.
• Perform routine system backups and restores using Commvault (or comparable enterprise backup tools).
• Support and manage Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning across server infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams to ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in incident response, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Windows Server administration.
• 3+ years of experience managing VMware environments.
• Experience with Commvault or similar enterprise backup solutions, preferred.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and related core infrastructure services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex server or virtualization issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a large enterprise or multi‑site environment is a plus.
