Responsibilities- Stationed at the City Hall front desk to provide quality customer service by greeting and directing visitors to the city, answering phones, processing transactions for city services, and assisting internal and external customers with service requests.
- Assist with self-service center maintenance, in-house copying and scanning, mail sorting and envelope stuffing.
Schedule varies. Primary hours will be noon to 4:30 p.m., Mon, Thu, Fri.
