About the RoleFORUM/Forthright is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Case Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of arbitration cases and administrative hearings. This role is ideal for someone with prior legal or paralegal experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working independently within a team, and delivering excellent service to external parties.
You will be responsible for administering arbitration cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring compliance with established rules, procedures, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal degree, or equivalent experience in a legal, customer service, or in-house environment
- Previous legal or arbitration-related experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sensitive deadlines
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote day per week.
