We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Representative. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!
What You Will Be Doing As An Accounts Payable Representative:- Process invoices, credits, and purchase orders in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Prepare weekly reports for accountants
- Assist with month-end reports
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Office software acumen: comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases
- Mathematical reasoning: comfortability with numbers, the proven ability to calculate, post, and manage figures and records, and the ability to choose the right mathematical methods to solve a problem.
- Attention to detail: careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
- Customer service orientation: proactively assist clients in a professional, friendly manner in order to create the best possible experience by understanding quality standards for service and utilizing customer needs assessments
- Negotiation: skillfully conduct deals or sales with others, both inside and outside the organization, to arrive at a mutually satisfactory settlement
